Day 2 of installation, also known as "salon-style hanging 101," is officially underway. McLellan's framed prints arrived yesterday and they look gorgeous!! All morning we have been playing around with different arrangements, which has been challenging but a ton of fun. The exhibit also features video installation and later today we will have the iPads to work with, which should make it easier to visualize the final hang. The show is based on a Buddhist fable by Thich Nhat Hanh and today, Jayme McLellan will be working on an installation of Hanh's text in the gallery. Vinyl letters have arrived for our front window and wall text is set to be delivered this afternoon. With two more days until we open, everything is really starting to come together!
Isn't Jayme's shell pencil awesome?
